Delivery Guarantee
The Delivery Guarantee is an optional service you can add to your order in your cart. It costs US$0.92 in the United States, and the equivalent shown in your cart elsewhere.
What it covers
- Lost in transit: your parcel never arrives.
- Marked delivered but not received: including porch theft.
- Address you entered wrong: we reship to the correct address.
In each case we reprint and reship your order free, with priority. No waiting on a carrier investigation.
How to claim
Email us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date with your order number. For an address error, include the correct address. One replacement per order.
What you already have without it
Every order, with or without the Delivery Guarantee, is covered under our refund policy for damaged, faulty or wrong items, and for anything your consumer rights provide. The Delivery Guarantee adds to those rights and never reduces them.
Turning it off, and refunds
You can switch the Delivery Guarantee off in your cart at any time before checkout. If you change your mind afterwards, ask us within 30 days and we will refund the fee.
